Irene Opezzo is a photo director and curator. For over fifteen years, she has been directing and producing editorial photo content across genres internationally, commissioning both experienced and emerging photographers and videographers. She has worked as a photo editor for magazines and daily newspapers in the US and Italy, including Vice News, Vogue Italia, and La Stampa. Irene is currently the Photo Director at Robb Report in Los Angeles.
She co-curated the collective photo exhibition This is the End, which is currently on view at the Cortona On The Move International Photo Festival in Italy. Irene also serves as a portfolio reviewer and juror for many events, organizations, and photo festivals, including PhotoVogue, Diversify Photo, SPD, ASMP, Palm Springs Photo Festival, ArtCenter College of Design, and LA FotoWorks.
